Position Summary  

The candidate will have the opportunity to support the Shopper Development Team Confectionery bringing shopper relevant marketing initiatives to life in-store (in line with customer needs) and developing effective and compelling storytelling both for both Retail and Out of Home channels, including Travel and Vending Machines.

 

A day in the life of...  

  • Support the Shopper Specialists in the flow of creating POP materials from the brief to the suppliers to the final production of the POP materials dealing with all the stakeholders involved (inside and outside the organization) 
  • Support the Commercial Development Team in developing effective storytelling to facilitate negotiations for the sales team 
  • Analysis of the category sell-out data    
  • Support in management of catalogues and materials to help the sales force and management of ad hoc requests (brochures, official documents, customer coding etc.) 
  • Handling of the full sample flow and shipment of POS materials to hostess agency

 

What will make you successful  

  • Undergraduates or Graduates in Food Marketing & Commercial Strategy, Economics or related
  • Highly organized and result focused, with an analytical and quantitative mindset
  • Strong mental agility and curiosity with the ability to adapt to different contexts with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Energetic and passionate about working in a multicultural environment and winning with the team
  • Fluent in both Italian and English
