Position Snapshot

  • Undergraduates or graduates in Economics, Trade Marketing or equivalent

Position Summary

  • The resource will have the opportunity to deep dive into Italian Trade reality with special focus on Category Management and In Store activities. (Data reading, market trends, with the objective to provide a critical interpretation until giving recco’s)
  • You will be exposed to dynamics linked to management and interaction of the 5 P’s
  • You to design, organization and execution of in-store promotional activities (focus on Hypermarket’s channel) in support of the top Italian Nestlé brands. Coordination activities between agencies and sales force for resources allocation in store promoters & merchandisers
  • You will participate to create promotional activity briefs (objectives, promo mechanics, assortment, support materials, way of working hostess / sell out specialist) and sharing it with agencies & sales network
  • You will also understand Nestlé categories food product & market segmentation and how to make the category growth will work on display guidelines using our internal space allocation software
  • You will support activities of the Virtual shopper center. Maintenance and Implementation of the Category Strategy at the shopper center in coordination with several Businesses
  • You will build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis

 

A day in the life of...

  • Manage the team dashboard monitoring kip’s and providing relevant report
  • Support in managing Report and analysis on the progress of promotional activities in the store
  • Update internal reporting
  • Support the Shopper Activation team for Merchandising activities by coordinating our sell out network and agencies
  • Support in managing Data Base products and images for the Space Allocation Software in coordination with Shopper Activation Specialists
  • Support the Shopper Activation team in managing the shopper center virtual with our Virtual Room

 

What Will Make You Successful

  • Hard skills: good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially in Excel
  • Soft skills: emotional intelligence, good ability to interact and communicate at different levels of the organization, Curiosity, motivation to succeed, proactivity
  • Team player, focused on the results, with a curious and proactive approach
  • Fluent in both Italian and English
