Position Summary

You will support the Pricing team in the day-to-day operations related to pricing and promotions, contributing to the correct setup and execution of pricing processes.

You will assist senior members of the team in pricing-related activities, helping to reduce validation errors and improve data accuracy.

You will gain hands-on experience in real-world pricing dynamics and business decision-making, progressively increasing your ownership and autonomy over time.

 

A Day in the Life of a Customer Service Pricing Intern

  • Ensure that all non-automated pricing components impacting the customer are set up on time for the order-taking process
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency in pricing systems
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team/Trade Marketing Teams to facilitate pricing processes
  • Support collaboration with pricing and budget owners to ensure invoice conditions are managed with correct data

 

What will make you successful?

  • Curiosity and strong interest in pricing dynamics and Supply Chain processes within a structured environment, with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn
  • Proficient in Excel (Power Query and macros); experience with Power BI, SAP and AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, GPT, Gemini, Claude) is a plus
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to manage and interpret large volumes of data, with high attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team, and manage deadlines and urgent requests
  • Fluent in both Italian and English
