Position Summary

In this role, you will be part of the Customer Solution Analyst team, supporting the Nestlé Health Science business in customer service activities, order management, and reporting. You will be involved in administrative tasks, data analysis, and customer complaint resolution within the Customer Supply Chain Department. 

You will provide end-to-end customer support throughout the order management process for Nestlé Health Science products, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and high customer satisfaction.

 

A Day in the Life of a Customer Solution Analyst Intern

Order management:

  • Demand capture (Order entry management, Edi processes, Cloud platforms)
  • Order modifications (pricing, quantities, request delivery dates)
  • Monitoring and understanding system alerts related to orders, deliveries, billing
  • Taking corrective actions to resolve issues impacting order flow

 

Claims and deductions management:

  • Managing and resolving delivery issues, product returns, and pricing-related queries
  • Daily interaction with public administration and private customers, sales force, and internal stakeholders (Tender Team, Credit, Logistics, Sales Support)
  • Creation and management of claims & deductions reports. Collecting customer requests and forwarding them to the relevant internal departments

 

What will make you successful?

To be considered for this role, we’re looking for someone with the following skills and competencies:

  • Good command of Excel and Power BI
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Proactive mindset with initiative and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Fluent in both Italian and English
