  • Undergraduates or graduates in Management engineering or equivalent. Theoretical knowledge (university level) about Planning and key DSP, Supply Chain processes, objectives and methodologies
  • Full-time internship (6 months)
  • Start date: June

 

Main Purpose of the Job
As support for Senior supply planner, support the replenishment of products to the main warehouse with the objective to maintain the optimal stock cover level with a high freshness to meet customer demand whilst minimizing cost.

Support implementation and improvement of inter-functional supply chain processes with the objective of reducing total delivered costs. Development support of reporting and analytical tools in Demand & Supply area. Collaboration with the category DSP teams in the day-to-day ensuring supply activities.

 

Key Outputs / Deliverables

  • Analyze and evaluate the supply plan, agree with producer the best supply profile                       
  • Integrate processes with Information System applications (SAP) to reduce manual activities and improve automatism
  • Facilitate processes improvements to deliver tangible benefits (e.g.: time saving, increased efficiencies, etc.);

 

Key Relationships Internal to Nestlé Group

 

•             Customer service, Warehouse, Logistics and Transport

•             Demand and IMS planners in the Markets

•             Procurement
 

What will make you successful

•             Good knowledge of Excel, Power bi (SAP is a plus)

•             Strong communication and relational skills

•             Skills in influencing others and communication

•             Collaborate proactively with innovative and constructive approach

•             Mental agility, insight, analysis and synthesis

•             Fluent English and Italian
