Position Summary

Marketing Excellence drives capability building, innovation, and inclusive growth across the Cluster (Italy, Malta, Greece), supporting people and brands across categories like waters, pet food, and coffee.

In this position you will:

  • Leverage data analytics and agile methodologies to support decision-making and translate them into strategic recommendations
  • Monitor performance metrics to validate hypotheses and refine insights on Modern marketing activities.
  • Support the NIM Marketing Team and collaborate with IT to shape advanced marketing techniques that enhance efficiency and consumer engagement.
  • Analyze data assets and workflows to design strategies for simplifying and automating reporting and insight generation, contributing to business intelligence.
  • Monitor disruptive food tech and digital trends (AI, AR, VR, etc.) to identify opportunities for simplification and automation.
  • Contribute to organize and coordinate high-impact training programs and events in collaboration with top-tier partners in communication, insights, and AI-driven technologies to inspire, upskill, and connect the marketing community with the most advanced thinking and tools in the industry.
  • Collaborate with HR and L&D to integrate external learning into internal capability frameworks
  • Govern event participation, and drive internal communication and engagement

 

A day in the life: Stage Digital Transformation Marketing

  • Coordinate with top-tier partners in communication, insights, and AI to inspire and upskill the marketing community.
  • Identify skills gaps or performance reviews and map them to training needs, collect feedback and analyze impact on team capabilities.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage operations and content for internal events and training sessions with partners (e.g., agencies, tech providers, etc.), developing communication materials, such as post-event recaps and social sharing
  • Analyze data and workflows to identify opportunities for automation and smarter reporting to drive efficiency in the marketing space.
  • Support the development of dashboards and tools to improve data accessibility and decision-making to enhance data accessibility and usability

  • Strong data-driven capabilities to enhance consumer insight generation through evidence-based analysis interpretation
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to think beyond simple tasks and demonstrate lateral thinking.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Attention to detail and the capacity to manage strict deadlines and multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to build strong collaborations with networks and exhibit excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and techniques is a plus.

Our Selection Process

Step 1:

Meeting with HR – Talent Acquisition → Motivational and Attitudinal Assessment
An introductory conversation focused on your motivations, your academic and extracurricular experiences, and your interest in Consumer & Marketplace Insights and the FMCG industry.

 

Step 2:

Meeting with the Business (Reference Tutor / Line Manager) → Technical Deep Dive
A more detailed interview aimed at understanding your analytical approach, your ability to interpret data, and your curiosity toward consumer and shopper behavior.
During this step, you may also be asked to share an insight or an observation about a fast‑moving consumer goods category (e.g., coffee, beverages, petcare, confectionery). We encourage you to explore the trends and consumer behaviors within the Italian market that interest you the most.

 

Step 3:

Feedback
You will receive feedback at the end of the process, regardless of the outcome.
