Position Summary

You will be part of a Global program called “Everyday Digital AI and Automation first” which is empowering Nestlé to rethink how work is performed leveraging AI and Automation, this program is led by a global IT stream called Workforce 360 (W360) and aims to lighten the weight of work and help employees thrive as their most creative, collaborative selves. By integrating AI and Automation into everyday tools, processes, and activities, the program supports the enablement of a consistent and interconnected ecosystem of solutions, driving productivity gains and fostering an AI and Automation-first mindset within the organization.

In this team, you will be responsible for analyzing our data workflows, as well as designing strategies for the simplification and automation of reporting processes and insights generation, to contribute to the program efficiency and reporting and gain valuable experience in the field of business intelligence, automation and GenAI.

Additionally, you will analyze disruptive food tech and digital/technological trends to pinpoint opportunities for our global product teams, supporting initiatives related to enhancing people's capabilities through specific projects under the overall program. Constantly monitoring innovative trends (AI, AR, VR, etc.) to identify potential opportunities for fostering simplification and automation.

 A day in the life … 

• Conduct thorough analysis of existing data sets to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency. 
• Evaluate organizational workflows to understand current processes and identify areas for automation with the support of our program leads.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement strategies for simplifying reporting and generating actionable insights. 
• Assist in the development of automated reporting tools and dashboards to enhance data accessibility and usability. 
• Prepare and present findings, recommendations and KPIs achievements to team members and management. 
• Constantly monitoring innovative trends (AI, AR, VR, ...) to identify possible opportunities of fostering simplification and automation in our products.
• Collaboration with IT teams: You will work closely with local and international IT teams to ensure timely and effective problem resolution, maintaining strong working relationships.
• Continuous updating: You will stay updated on the company's IT products, services, and systems by participating in training sessions and workshops to improve your technical skills.
• Process improvement: You will be encouraged to identify and suggest improvements to existing processes to optimize their efficiency, contributing to making the IT team more effective and responsive.

 What will make you successful  

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
• Data-driven capabilities are essential
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly. 
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive attitude. 
• Ability to think beyond simple tasks and demonstrate lateral thinking. 
• Attention to detail and the capacity to manage strict deadlines and multiple tasks simultaneously. 
• Ability to build strong collaborations with networks and exhibit excellent interpersonal skills. 
• Advanced proficiency in English. 
• Familiarity with ML, GenAI is a plus
• Familiarity with automation tools and techniques is a plus.
