Position Summary

You will collaborate with Accounting and Reporting Team, developing process and system (Oracle), in order to support regular management of Customer and Supplier account in full compliance with deadlines and quality standards requested by Head Quarters.

A day in the life of...

• Check and Reminder PO (Purchase Order)
• Management Customer Aging
• Activity related to T&E
• Reconciliation (Balance Sheet, Server RT, POS transaction)
• Management Customer refund

 What will make you successful

• Proficiency in English and Italian
• Good knowledge of Excel (e.g. formulas, pivot tables)
• Interest in numbers and reconciliation activities
• Strong analytical skills, curiosity, and attention to details
• Problem solving skills; willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong attitude to teamwork, flexibility, and availability in supporting other team activities
