Position Summary

As an intern, you will support the NWI Supply Chain Controlling Team on key activities related to digital transformation, process optimization, and cost allocation improvement.
You will work in a highly international environment and collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain and Global HQ, supporting iconic brands such as S.Pellegrino, Acqua Panna, Levissima, Acqua Brillante, Sanpellegrino and Pago.

 

A Day in the Life of…

  • Promote a data-driven culture and support the adoption of Power Query
  • Review and streamline Supply Chain Controlling files to improve processing efficiency
  • Contribute to the transition from BW/AFO to new SAP functionalities
  • Act as a liaison for SAP and PaPM configuration cycles, anticipating business needs and potential database issues
  • Redesign the process for building the shared Customer/Product master data repository for Finance and Supply Chain
  • Manage Finance Intelligence tools
  • Optimize NWI reporting for Bad Goods and Donations, ensuring alignment with updated master data
  • Develop Supply Chain dashboards to analyse cost components and identify efficiency opportunities, leveraging Power BI
  • Introduce and foster Power BI adoption within the team

 

What Will Make You Successful

  • Degree in STEM fields or Economics (Business Administration, Finance, Accounting)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets
  • Multidisciplinary mindset with the ability to combine technical, analytical and communication perspectives
  • Curiosity for AI/LLMs and their practical applications in business
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Basic understanding of general accounting
  • Knowledge of Power Query, Power BI or SAP is considered a plus
  • Strong communication skills in English
