Position Summary
The candidate will have the opportunity to support the NWI Supply Chain controlling Team in:
- driving digital transformation initiatives
- optimize files, data extractions, and processes to improve efficiency
- “Cost Allocation Improvement” project by monitoring activity progress and liaising with the Finance Center of Competence in Barcelona
You will join a international reality of consolidated brands (S.Pellegrino, Acqua Panna, Sanpellegrino, Acqua Brillante, Levissima, Pago) connecting with Finance, Supply chain and HQ.
A day in the life of...
- Promote a data-driven culture and Power Query adoption; review supply chain controlling files to optimize processing time
- Facilitate the transition from BW/AFO to new SAP functionalities
- Act as a liaison for SAP and PaPM configuration cycles to understand processes and anticipate database needs/issues
- Redesign the process for creating a shared database of customer/product master data for Finance and Supply Chain
- Manage Finance Intelligence tools
- Optimize NWI reporting for Bad Goods and Donations, ensuring alignment with updated master data
- Develop and manage Supply Chain dashboards to analyse cost components and identify efficiency improvements, leveraging Power BI
- Introduce and integrate Power BI within the team
What will make you successful
- Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or economic (Business Administration, Finance or Accounting)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data volumes and variables
- Multidisciplinary attitude, with the ability to connect different perspectives (technical, analytical, and communicative) in the context of innovation and change management
- Curiosity about AI/LLM and their practical applications in business
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Basic knowledge of general accounting
- Knowledge of tools such as Power Query or Power BI and SAP will be considered a plus
- Effective communication in English
