Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated Supply Chain Controlling Intern to join our team and support financial analysis and reporting activities within the Supply Chain function. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in controlling, data analysis, and business partnering in a dynamic environment, in order to support the generation of Dynamic Forecast P&L (DF) and Operational Plan (OP) in full compliance with deadlines.

 A day in the life of...

  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for variable and fixed distribution costs, as well as returns management.
  • Prepare Monthly Closing and explain deviation vs the forecast using the official tools (PBI, Excel, Oracle)
  • Support different stakeholders on DF preparation in the Forecast tool
  • Collect, analyse, and interpret financial data to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Support the logistics team in monitoring KPIs and achieving performance targets.
  • Interact with Local and Central team to monitor the actual and Forecast Process
  •  

What will make you successful

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
  • Advanced Excel Skills
  • Proficiency in English and Italian
  • Interest in Forecast Process and in planning tools knowledge
  • Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage different tasks at the same time according to priority
  • Strong analytical skills, curiosity, and attention to details
  • Problem solving skills; willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong attitude to work in team, flexibility and availability in supporting other team activities
  • Knowledge of SAP and Oracle is a plus
