Position Summary
You will support the Internal Communications team in the development of plans, internal communication campaigns, and materials for internal projects that help inform, engage, and motivate employees around the company vision and goals.
In particular, you will support the implementation and rollout of a new digital platform for internal communications, designed to streamline content management and enable multi-channel publishing and distribution. Your role will involve supporting content governance, stakeholder coordination, user adoption activities, and the optimization of communication processes across the organization.
A day in the life of an Internal Communication Intern
- Supports the development of efficient, effective, and engaging communications at the market level
- Supports the implementation and rollout of a new digital platform for internal communications, designed to streamline content management and enable multi-channel publishing and distribution
- Supports the creation and delivery of clear and consistent internal communication messages across all channels
- Works across different communication channels (e.g. internal social media, newsletters, monitors, etc.), and supports the organization of town hall meetings (on-site and virtual) and internal events
- Supports the measurement of the effectiveness of internal communication campaigns
What will make you successful?
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
- Strong interest in digital tools, AI, and new communication and collaboration technologies
- Strong interest in digital tools, AI, and communication/collaboration technologies, with a curiosity for exploring, testing, and optimizing new digital platforms
- Proactive, curious, and creative attitude
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic graphic design tools (e.g. Canva
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fluent in both Italian&English
