Position Summary

Main Objective of the Internship: as an intern, you will support the International Packaging & Marketing Team in the development and coordination of global projects for the Premium Water brands (S.Pellegrino, Acqua Panna).
You will be involved in packaging project support, working closely with design agencies and internal stakeholders, as well as in brand-related activities such as toolkit preparation and support to markets.

 

A day in the life of a Packaging & Marketing Intern

  • Act as a guardian of the global visual identity for S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna, managing packaging development and supporting local markets in adapting assets consistently with global guidelines. This includes contributing to projects from brief to final print and helping define clear, market‑relevant briefs for design agencies to localize global masters in line with local needs and regulations
  • Prepare presentations and communication materials for internal use and for markets
  • Help coordinating with external agencies such as graphic agencies, pre-press agencies, and printers to maintain high-quality standards for all final printed materials
  • Contribute to activities related to product launches, events, tastings or digital content when relevant
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Digital, Regulatory, Quality, Procurement, Factories) to keep projects moving smoothly
  • Monthly update of KPIs through analysis of reports

 

What will make you successful?

  • Fluent in both Italian and English (written and spoken); experience in international environments is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills, with a results-oriented approach and high attention to detail
  • Proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset, with initiative and a strong desire to learn
  • Strong interest in Packaging Development and Brand Management, with a focus on Premium Italian food & beverage brands
