Position Summary
The candidate will have the opportunity to join the Nespresso B2B team and work closely with the sales department
You will support the team in day-to-day contributing to the management of sales and back office activities.
The role is designed to support the Regional Manager in ensuring sales management and monitoring quality & compliance activities.
A day in the life of a B2B Sales Support Intern
- Participate in customer follow-up activities, including phone contacts and communications to support order management and commercial opportunities.
- Provide support in sales back-office processes, including customer data updates, order verification, documentation management, and administrative tasks.
- Assist with invoice checks and help track any discrepancies or pending issues.
- Support after-sales and compliance activities by helping monitor customer requests, claims, and open cases.
- Liaise with the Customer Care / Toll-Free Number team to help coordinate customer requests and post-sales activities.
- Collaborate with the Sales team and other internal functions to contribute to an efficient and customer-focused service.
What will make you successful
- Curiosity and interest in Sales within the ho.re.ca business
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with different stakeholders
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, AI, especially Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge of BI and reporting tools such as Power BI is considered a plus
