Position Summary
You will support the Procurement team in its day-to-day activities across sourcing, purchasing, supplier management and Source-to-Pay processes. The internship offers the opportunity to learn how Procurement contributes to business performance, ensuring compliance, and improving operational efficiency within a multinational organization.
Throughout the internship, you will gain hands-on insight into Source-to-Pay and Procure-to-Pay processes, understand how Procurement collaborates with business stakeholders and suppliers, and learn how procurement systems, contracts, supplier data and compliance-related processes are managed in practice.
A day in the life of a Procurement Intern
- Support the Procurement team in collecting and organizing data, documentation, and business requirements
- Assist with supplier and contract-related activities, ensuring information is accurate and properly maintained
- Support the monitoring of purchase orders, invoices, supplier records, and outstanding follow-up actions
- Contribute to reporting activities, KPI tracking, and the preparation of procurement analyses and presentations
What will make you successful?
- Undergraduates or graduates in Business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field
- Interest in Procurement, Supply Chain or business operations
- Good analytical skills combined with a strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Curious, proactive, and committed to continuous learning
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Fluent in both Italian and English.
