Position Summary
You will have the opportunity to be part of the Nespresso Customer Care and Service Team, where Quality area and Safety and Health are driving creating the licence to operate background for the company.
You will support in analyzing Quality trend and support operation in QSHE team, focusing on Auditing tool and create synergies between Food and Product Quality with Safety.
You will be part on creating Safety and Quality by design approach.
A day in the life of QSHE cross functional team:
- Maintain and improve a KPI dashboard, identify and propose new KPI to address trends and performance highlight and anticipate trends and improvement projects
- Create new Approach to Auditing, with new tools
- Create new culture on Peer to peer feedback in quality and safety
- Support the team in driving the improvement plans on QSHE
What will make you successful
- Curiosity and interest to processes in a complex and dynamic team
- Confidence with analysis and process Automation or improvement
- Results oriented, courage, agility and energy
- Good communication skills
- Positive forward-looking mindset and team spirit
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint
