Join the Shopper Development Team – Confectionery Division

Are you ready to shape unforgettable shopper experiences and grow into a top-tier project manager?

In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the heart of bringing our Confectionery brands to life in-store and beyond. You’ll work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams to design and activate shopper-centric marketing initiatives that truly resonate with consumers and meet customer needs.

Your mission?
To craft compelling stories and impactful executions across Retail and Out-of-Home (OOH) channels, turning insights into action and strategy into results.

 

A day in the life of...

  • Project Management & Execution: You’ll support our Shopper Specialists throughout the full process of creating Point-of-Purchase (POP) materials—from initial brief to supplier coordination and final production—managing all internal and external stakeholders with precision and agility.
  • Storytelling for Sales: You’ll help craft impactful and shopper-relevant narratives that empower our sales team during customer negotiations, making our brand stories resonate across channels.
  • Sales Support Tools: You’ll contribute to the creation and management of catalogues, brochures, and official documents, ensuring the sales force is equipped with the right tools and materials for success.
  • POS Sample Management: Oversee the full flow of samples, ensuring accurate handling and coordination.
  • Hostess Activity Coordination: Manage the shipment of POS materials and liaise with the In store promo Specialist to ensure smooth execution of hostess activities.

What will make you successful

  • Undergraduates or graduates in Food Marketing & Commercial Strategy, Economics
  • Strong mental agility and curiosity with ability to adapt to different contexts
  • Strong organizational skills and strategic thinking
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint
  • Result Focused, well organized thanks to an analytical approach
  • Energetic, passionate and Proven successfully team worker
  • Fluent in Italian and English
