Position Summary

Working in the International Supply Planning Team to create and optimize the supply plan for in house production, contributing to ensure the proper stock level and the best service level of the Italian Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages International brands in export markets.

 

A day in the life of...

  • Analyze service risk and demand and supply deviations;
  • Perform weekly plan review agreed with process constraints and lead times;
  • Regularly Interact with logistic, Intermarket team and MRP teams to finetune supply plan;
  • Maintain internal Supply Chain KPIs;
  • Cooperate with International stakeholders and colleagues in more than 120 countries.

 

What will make you successful

  • Curiosity and interest to process dynamics in a strategic, complex and international Supply Chain function;
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Italian mother tongue, Fluent in English (level C1);
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, Power BI.

An introductory conversation focused on your motivations, academic background and interest in Supply Chain Planning and Operations. We will explore your analytical mindset, problem-solving skills and willingness to learn in a dynamic and international environment.

Step 2:

Meeting with the Business (Reference Tutor / Line Manager) → Production & Capacity Planning Discussion

A conversation aimed at understanding your interest in Production and Supply Planning, your analytical approach and ability to work with data. You may be asked to discuss academic projects or experiences related to planning, forecasting, KPI monitoring, process optimization or supply chain operations in an international context.

Step 3:

Feedback

You will receive feedback at the end of the selection process, regardless of the outcome.
