Position Summary

 

The candidate will be integrated in the Sanpellegrino Trade Marketing team.

The candidate will help the team to structure and maintaine the reporting framework to monitor the progress of the Pago 2026 plan and to design a new tool to simplify and streamline the thematic leaflet creation process for the sales force, improving efficiency and usability.

 

 

A Day in the Life of Sanpellegrino Trade Marketing Stage

 

  • Contribute to structuring performance reporting for Pago, working closely with Sales and OOH Trade Marketing to monitor plans execution, analyze results, and generate insights in line with 2026 objectives.
  • Work on the development of a new tool to simplify the creation of thematic leaflets for the sales force, collaborating with an external agency, Sales and Marketing teams to define the workflow and build brand templates for the Sanpellegrino portfolio.
  • Support consumer and shopper activation (POP materials, contests and tailor-made promotions, flyer and In-store promotions) development in cooperation with marketing, suppliers and creative agency.
  • Support in Budget management: Complete management of the workflow related to purchase requests.; Management of the workflow related to sample shipments and free giveaways”

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Excel, PPT and Outlook.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
  • Result Focus with Self-Organization skills (project mgmt).
  • Passion for the FMCG world and a desire to learn and grow
