Position Summary
You will support the eCommerce team in operational reporting tasks (data extraction, dashboard maintenance, recurring reports).
As technical confidence grows, the role will gradually include more analytical responsibilities such as interpreting performance, identifying trends and generating insights.
This internship is ideal for someone who values precision, reliability and clear communication when managing tasks.
A Day in the Life of an internship eCommerce data analyst:
Operational tasks (core at the beginning):
• Extract, clean and organize data from company management systems, Snowflake, BI tools and shared reporting platforms
• Maintain and update recurring dashboards
• Perform data quality checks and ensure consistency across datasets
Analytical tasks (assigned based on individual capabilities):
• Support descriptive analysis of e commerce performance (traffic, funnel, conversion, revenue)
• Produce structured comments, highlight anomalies or opportunities
• Interpret existing dashboards and explain findings to the team
• Contribute to performance insights once operational foundations are solid.
What will make you successful?
• Analytical mindset and attention to details
• Good Excel skills
• Interest in eCommerce, data and KPI interpretation.
Nice to Have
• Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Familiarity with DAX
• Introductory VBA knowledge
• Experience with Power BI
• Good PowerPoint presentation skills.
