Position Summary
You will support the Sanpellegrino eBusiness Retail & OOH Lead in executing digital and eCommerce strategies across key customers. The focus is on eRetail— supporting the online business of major Italian grocery retailers, not D2C activities. The role includes improving online visibility, ensuring perfect digital shelf execution, and boosting sales growth through online marketing promotions and activations. The position involves strong collaboration with Sales, Trade Marketing, Marketing, and external agencies.


A Day in the Life of a Stage - ebusiness Retail & Out of Home:

  • Monitor eCommerce performance (sell-out, pricing, promotions, availability, traffic) using Nielsen, Circana, Similarweb.
  • Support digital shelf optimization, ensuring accurate and updated content across eRetailers.
  • Analyze digital trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
  • Assist in building digital customer plans and bringing live online activations.
  • Prepare presentations for internal and customer meetings.
  • Maintain reporting dashboards for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with agencies on digital content and optimization projects.
  • Support budget workflows and purchase requests related to materials and services.

  • A genuine passion for digital and eCommerce
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into clear insights and actions.
  • Fast learner with strong digital curiosity and ability to quickly adopt new tools and platforms
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to follow through on multi stakeholder projects.
  • Solid command of Excel and PowerPoint, with strong attention to accuracy and reliability when handling data, content and reporting.
  • High sense of ownership and accountability, even on small tasks and projects
  • Fluent Italian, with a good working knowledge of English.
