Position Summary

We are part of Nestlé Global IT HUB in Milano (Italy), a cross-technology team that includes more than 130 professionals and span across more than 20 different nationalities.
We need your passion and skills to Lead Technologies for our Product, that spans across workstation services, focus on management tools solutions, helping us to deliver our purpose: unlocking the power of food to enhance quality of life for everyone, today and for generations to come. 
As Tech Lead management tools you will be globally responsible for the technical vision of products such as Intune and Microsoft Configuration Manager (application and integration architecture) and provides the leadership, facilitation, analysis and design tasks required by a product or an integrated chain of products. you will facilitate and orchestrate across teams the agile and incremental delivery of targeted business outcomes (minimum viable products) in DevOps mode
You will be part of a team of Global Technology experts, reporting to the Senior Product Manager workstation services.

A Day in the Life of a Tech Lead: 

• Lead the research, evaluation and selection of technology and product standards, as well as the design of standard configuration.
• Drive innovation by leveraging new technologies to renovate, extend and transform our existing core technology base and IT landscape.
• Understand, advocate, and augment the business and IT strategies including Enterprise Architecture (EA) development and product delivery.
• Apply DevOps practices and take responsibility for key design and integration decisions for systems, tools, processes, and practices. Contribute to the strategy for using technology and tools to achieve continuous integration (CI) and continuous improvements for all collaboration tools solutions.
• Lead the analysis of technology industry and market trends and recommend solutions that improve our Product’s positive contribution to the enterprise technology architecture and the value to our business.j
• Oversee, or consults on, technology implementation and evolution activities particularly for new or shared solutions with the Architecture Community.

What else will make you successful?

• 5+ years of experience in IS/IT, covering at least two IT solution disciplines across technical architecture, workstation and device management solutions, software distribution technologies, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, integration of enterprise devices (desktops, laptops and mobiles).
• Certified on and/or proven expertise in some of the diverse areas in scope for the Devices team: onboarding, managing and updating Windows clients - including application deployment - with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) in co-management; designing different configuration profiles and policies targeting different device portfolios; designing the transition from GPOs to cloud policies in Microsoft Intune; integrating proactive device monitoring and end-user experience monitoring solutions; designing modern device provisioning at scale with Windows Autopilot in hybrid environments; managing Apple devices with Jamf Pro; onboarding and managing mobile and smart devices leveraging Android enterprise solutions; Virtual Desktop Infrastructure solutions.
• Experience in delivering projects in complex\multinational environments with dependencies across multiple teams and multiple Suppliers. 
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, influence with integrity and without power while interacting in cross-team and cross product scenarios. 
• Understanding of business drivers and business capabilities (future and current state), and ability to determine corresponding new designs and\or changes required to drive the organization’s business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of the practical application of technology trends, leading industry analysts (Gartner, Forrester, …), and new evolving business models.
• Ability to balance a strong focus in innovation, excellent analytical skills, deep technical knowledge with strong listening capabilities.
• Understanding of agile methods and processes, and capability of supporting agile project teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impacts and risks.
• Experience interacting with advisory councils, industry user groups and forums, and key technology Partners and Vendors. 
• Experience with excellent communication in English at any different level of the organization, leveraging different mediums and channels.
