Position Summary

Are you a talented IT Technology Expert ready to join our Nestlé’s Workforce 360 Collaboration, Content and Portal Services team in Milan, Italy?  
Our Team & Social Collaboration team needs your expertise to develop, guide and promote the successful use of tools that enable user collaboration inside and beyond Nestlé.  
As the expert, you are accountable for specific developments and related support deliverables, including preliminary studies and the technology evolution. 

A day in the life of Technology Expert

 

  • Consult, guide, and provide specialist technical support for our use and evolution of our collaboration products including Microsoft 365, Workplace by Facebook, and enabling services including Azure Active Directory based authentication services.
  • Recommend how to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and delivery of services through the improved use of technology.
  • Facilitate new and evolving business and operating models through your thorough understanding of technology trends and the practical application of existing, new and emerging technologies.
  • Help design governance, assurance, and standards required to ensure our enterprise technology architecture is secure and compliant.
  • Manage suppliers, defining significant functional, technical and process integration decisions.
  • Have fun doing what you love.

What will make you successful

 

  • Certified on and/or deep expertise working with and developing for large enterprises including solutions from Facebook and Microsoft, in particular Teams, SharePoint Online, Power Platforms, and directory services including Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, ADFS, ADLDS, and MIM.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/DevOps methods and processes with proven ability to participate in Agile project teams, providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impacts, and risks.
  • Experience working in advisory councils, industry user groups, and key technology partners (vendors, Account Managers, Product Managers, lab advocates and executives).
  • Strong understanding of the practical application of technology trends identified by leading industry analysts (Gartner, Forrester) and new evolving business models.
  • Excellent English communication skills applied with different stakeholders, nationalities, and mediums (face-to-face and remote virtual teams).  
  • An mind open to adapting, being flexible and dynamic while keeping a client centric approach.
