Position Summary

The UX and Innovation team will deliver a cohesive set of services to drive innovation and user experience, adoption of efficient ways of working, promote digital behaviours and pursue the ultimate user experience for the workforce.


We are looking for an experienced UX Specialist with a broad understanding of digital solutions, passion for the latest technological trends and deeper understanding for innovative solutions.

The UX Specialist will be responsible for designing and conducting user research, and identifying the best method based on research goals and resources.

As an experienced UX Specialist, you’ll be responsible for designing, improving and setting the vision for the User Experience. You’ll serve as the primary advocate for users to ensure the highest level of usability, desirability and user satisfaction.

A day in the life of...
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements, helping them to reach their goals easily and intuitively.
  • Conduct independent research on multiple aspects of products and experiences.
  • Define guidelines, standards, and user-centered design frameworks and ensure that they are fully integrated into the product development lifecycle.
  • Help the client to understand the value of end users to their business
  • Work with Product Managers, Engineers and other memebers to prioritize research opportunities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
  • Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
  • Ask smart questions and champion new ideas.
     
What will make you successful
  • Master or Bachelor’s degree in Interaction design (HCI) or Master in UX Design.
  • 3 - 5 years of proven experience as a UX Designer.
  • A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), service design, planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
  • Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and customers.
  • A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design, service design and design thinking.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
  • Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model, to regularly deliver design solutions for approval.
  • Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design.
  • Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
  • Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
