Position Summary

Enable the B2C sales channels to focus on business results by executing boutiques workforce management.

A day in the life of the Workforce Analyst

  • Execute multi-channel workforce management
  • Partner with internal key stakeholders to understand workforce requirements in terms of consolidated headcount and skills needed now and, in the future,
  • Perform consolidated workforce planning from collection for annual operation plan to tracking and governance and related forecast processes, including the Third-Party workforce (e.g. demo staff), while considering planned events, historical data, seasonality & business variables
  • Manage consolidated workforce and training-related budgets
  • Provide input to support decision making regarding workforce structuring topics: recruitments, facilities management, organization, and outsourcing strategy

What will make you successful

  • 1/2 years of experience in Finance/HR-people analyst.
  • Ideally a previous experience in retail.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Fluent in Italian & English.
