  • 1-2 years of experience in Finance department (Functional&Business Controlling/Accounting/Internal Audit)
  • University Degree in Economics/ Finance and/or Accountancy Qualification
  • Proficiency in English and Italian is a must 

Position Summary

The candidate will collaborate with the Reporting Team for the realization of the report to the Head Quarter in full compliance with deadlines and quality standards requested delivering one important KPI: First Time&Quality. Produce actual e forecast report in order to monitor deviations vs Target achievement in top line and bottom line. Collaborates with the Central Reporting Team (HQ, Vevey) an efficiency way in order to ensure standardization e harmonization of activities and report in the Market.

In addition, this position will give the opportunity to collaborate also with all the controlling departments understanding the specific needs at Customer and Product level for each Business. Furthermore, the candidate will be able to better manage the complexities by analysing the processes and organizational dynamics in a well-structured reality. 

A day in the life of Financial Internal Reporting Specialist

  • Reporting, data and analysis preparation to be submitted trough an official tool “Magnitude” to the HQ according to the Zone Calendar for Actual and Forecast period.
  • Actively collaborate with the reporting team to ensure the “first time quality” of the reports and full compliance with deadlines
  • Analyse Actual business results with reporting and meaningful KPIs comparing them vs objectives and vs previous periods (i.g. Growth and Performance results, Working Capital indicator, Fixed cost analysis and monitoring the Customer contribution at channel level, etc )
  • Support internal stakeholders with Report and Dashboard in Power BI 
  • Assure Business accurate information in order to take best actions with all the elements available
  • Collaborate with other Finance Functions and support all Nestlè in The Market department (Sales, Operations, Tax, Internal Control, HR, Payroll etc)

  • Curiosity and attention to the details (analytic approach with high level of accuracy and reliability);
  • Strong attitude to interpersonal relationships;
  • Good organizational skills;
  • Problem solving skills;
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications and SAP
  • Italian mother tongue, fluent in English.
