Position Summary

Join Information Technology Technical & Production team as Business Analyst (IT Technical & Production team delivers and supports IT solutions for Nestlé factories in the Italian market; Solutions range goes from SAP ERP to factory automation systems).

Collaborate with Information Technology and Operations Technology colleagues in Digital Transformation projects in Nestlé factories in Italy.

Support Information Technology Technical & Production Team in problem solving, root cause analysis and support to end users of all Nestlé factories in Italy and Head Quarter Operations department.

A day in the life of IT Technical & Production Business Analyst

• Participate in ensuring Digital Transformation projects deliverables, collaborating with IT (local and international) and OT (Operations Technology) colleagues, with external Engineering partners/suppliers and respecting projects timelines and quality.
• Support Technical & Production users in troubleshooting, collaborating with local and international IS/IT teams (EMENA Regional support and off shore).          
• Effectively relate with Technical & Production users both in factories and in Head Quarter to proactively address service activities.    
• Timely and effectively deliver SAP configurations and tests and report to IS/IT project manager.
