  • Location: Sicily (Catania, preferred)
  • Permanent contract
  • Business Bachelor or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience gained in Commercial area, a previous experience in Sell in is a must for external candidates
  • Trade marketing experiences are a plus.
  • A previous experience in shelf stable retail category is appreciated.
  • Italian and English fluent.

Position Summary

Develop and implement annual customer / channel plans that are aligned with overall business and customer strategies, while achieving profitable sales objectives

A day in the life of...

  • Being responsible for the assigned customers for Coffee, Dairy, Cereals, Infant Nuntrition, reporting to Area Manager;
  • Builds a complete Customer Plan to drive the overall business, address KPI’s (financial and market share) and deliver sell-out plans for assigned customers;
  • Accountable and responsible to achieve agreed upon targets and KPIs;
  • Negotiates assortment, promotion (on/off line), extra displays and is responsible for assigned investments;
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of the promotional activities carried out and implements any corrective actions.
  • Constantly updates the planning tool with information on the baseline and promotional volumes.
  • Facilitates excellence in execution in the daily business by planning, communicating, anticipating, measuring results consistently and implementing corrective action or learning.
  • Involves cross functional team (Sell Out, trade marketing,  Supply Chain, Marketing, E-commerce);
  • Adheres to all Company principles and policies including Nestlé trade policy, local Sales policy, local Trade Terms, Safety and legal regulations and is ambassador of Nestlé values and reputation within the customer.
