Position Summary

We are looking for a passionate Direct to Consumer Manager to join our Marketing & E-business Team Nescafé Dolce Gusto.
Reporting to the Senior Brand manager and & E-Business manager, she/he will lead the overall Direct to Consumer end-to-end business model, acting as single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for all the topics related to the italian Direct-to-Consumer portal (www.NescaféDolce Gusto.it).
 

A day in the life of the Direct to Consumer Manager - Nescafé Dolce Gusto

  • Plan, develop and execute the implementation of our Direct to Consumer Strategy, ensuring year over year growth;
  • Manage the investments across all areas of digital marketing to drive revenues; 
  • Analyze transaction data to identify sales trends, shape the business demand, optimize the store and spread insights within the organization;
  • Raise and rinforce Premio loyalty program, otimizing the customer journey based on customers report and analytics;
  • Manage the Direct to Consumer Profit & Loss in coordination with the Finance & Controlling team;
  • Engage with the international Direct to Consumer community to create synergies, share best-practices, and drive the solution design guaranteeing coherence and full alignment with the overall IT architectural ecosystem and the international Direct to Consumer Strategy;
  • Identify problems and deficiency and guide the implementation of solutions in a timely manner;
  • Be the main contact point for internal and external resources by:
  1. overseing and coordinating the 3 Profit & Loss partners, designing and executing the development pipeline, monitoring their processes;
  2. working closely with our digital and marketing teams to improve the customer journey, develop loyalty campaigns and effectively gather and use CRM data;
  3. Liaising with IT, Sales, Customer Service and legal teams.

What will make you successful

  • Experience with integration of Content management system and Search Engines;
  • Familiar with the online advertising market, the corresponding advertising channels and CRM understanding;
  • Knowledge of administrative/accounting processes essential.
