In Paraguay we are two Nestlé units:  Nestlé Paraguay is the unit in charge of importing and distributing of all our 1# brands and they have been in the market for 23 years.  On the other hand, we are Nestlé Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We’ve been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

Position Summary 

The Account Manager Supervisor is the primary point of contact responsible for fostering collaboration between Integrated Marketing Services department (IMS) and key stakeholders in Latin America. The role is responsible to translate business priorities in high-impactful IMS cross-service delivery approaches building on provided business briefs.

 

 

A day in the life of... 

 

  • Nurturing Partnerships: Deepening relationships with business partners, optimizing workflows, and ensuring alignment with global IMS practices;
  • Driving Efficiency: Streamlining processes, handling commercial inquiries, and supporting billing for internal services;
  • Orchestrating Projects: Developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns, coordinating cross-service delivery, and ensuring seamless project management from start to finish;
  • Fostering Growth: Identifying new opportunities within IMS, gathering feedback, mitigating risks, and providing insights for continuous improvement.

 

What will make you successful...

 

  • Proven ability of very strong project management skills in the context of cross-functional teams and tight deadlines​;
  • Detail oriented personality with the ability to orchestrate multiple projects at the same time and sense for prioritization.;
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas, updates, and project status clearly and effectively;
  • Exhibit assertiveness when managing conflicting priorities and ensuring project milestones are met.;
  • Approachable personality that easily connects with diverse stakeholders;
  • Understanding of existing marketing technology & project management tools and ability to quickly adapt to new ones​;
  • Understanding of E2E digital marketing processes, consumer engagement, search, e-commerce, content, CRM, D2D, design, branding, social media and marketing analytics and the related chanels​;
  • Proven experience in Marketing Account Management (client-facing) in be considered a plus;
  • Broad understanding of Digital Marketing capabilities, channels and trends;
  •  English Advanced Level is mandatory;
  •  Portuguese Intermediate Level is mandatory;
  •  Knowledge of continuous improvement processes and agile methodology tools will be considered a plus;
  •  Creative/Media/advertising Agency experience is a plus.
