On the other hand, we are Integrated Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We’ve been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

Position summary

The analyst executes and supports comprehensive accounting operations across the LATAM markets, ensuring that transactions are processed accurately and promptly according to established timelines, accounting calendars, and internal governance policies. They perform analysis and reconciliation activities to identify root causes of discrepancies and support the implementation of action plans, guaranteeing the accuracy and reliability of financial information. Acting as a key liaison between the Accounting Operations team and internal stakeholders, the analyst provides insights, explanations, and updates on ongoing activities to governance forums. They ensure adherence to operating standards, service level agreements (SLAs), accounting policies, and internal controls, while maintaining proper documentation and audit readiness for all assigned processes.

A day in the life of...

• Execute and support end-to-end accounting operations across LATAM markets, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions in line with agreed timelines, accounting calendars and internal governance.
• Perform analysis and reconciliation activities, identifying root causes and supporting action plans to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial information.
• Act as a key point of contact between the Accounting Operations team and internal stakeholders and supporting governance forums by providing insights, explanations and status updates on ongoing activities.
• Ensure compliance with Operating Standards, SLAs, accounting policies and internal controls, maintaining proper documentation, data traceability and audit readiness for all assigned processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through process standardization, simplification, automation and digitalization, while acting as functional backup within the team and supporting onboarding and knowledge transfer activities.
