We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

Position summary

As part of NBS LATAM you will be part of the Nespresso in the R2R team as an Accounting Associate delivering services to one of our Nespresso markets.

A day in the life of...

As an Accounting Associate you will be in charge of performing daily activities of one of our Nespresso markets.

Perform daily accounting activities
Participate on continuous improvement initiatives and automations
Perform daily reconciliation of companies’ sales  (cash, credit card, online payments etc.) 
Identify and analyze differences on Balance Sheet accounts 
Reach targets for key KPIs, achieve team goals and improve business processes

What will make you successful

• Intermediate English
• Knowledge in Accounts Operation practices and activities
• Good level of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Familiarity with ERP system
• Graduated (or ongoing) in Accounting, business administration, economy or related areas
