Available Shift: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00.

Advanced English is mandatory for this position.

Nestlé Paraguay is the unit in charge of importing and distributing of all our 1# brands and they have been in the market for 23 years.

On the other hand, we are Integrated Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We’ve been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

Position summary

As Specialist, you will be responsible for :
Review and interpretation of accounting standards applicable to Nestlé
Publication of management balance sheet
Review and preparation of accounting analyses
Conduct meetings with stakeholders
Transition of new services
Conduct training and development sessions with the team
Provide technical support to the team
Supervise and perform accounting closing activities
Lead improvement projects in the area (Global and Local)

Review and interpretation of accounting standards, publication of management balance sheet, accounting analysis, stakeholder meetings, transition of new services, training and development, technical support, supervision of accounting closing activities.

• Mandatory Advanced English
• Experience in preparing and publishing financial reports (management balance sheet)
• Knowledge of accounting standards and applications
• Ability to lead meetings
• Ability to communicate effectively both externally and internally
• Ability to create and present management reports
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
• Organizational and time management skills
• Graduated (or ongoing) in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related areas.
