Available Shift: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00.

Nestlé Paraguay is the unit in charge of importing and distributing of all our 1# brands and they have been in the market for 23 years.

On the other hand, we are Integrated Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We’ve been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

Position summary

As a R2R Sr. Analyst you will be in charge of being the key reference of Knowledge in NAS (Nestlé Accounting Standards):
- SAP inputs (SAP knowledge is a differential);
- Knowledge in Accounting Operations and Routines;
- Skill to prepare and perform presentations to Nestlé Partners in Latam Marktes;
- Be able to analyse and perform reconciliations as well propose ways to solve open items in Accounts;
- Prepare the Balance Sheet statement for Nestlé Group;

Accounting routines, report preparation, reconciliation of accounts, SAP inputs, answer emails, follow-up of pendings and support to LATAM Markets. 

What will make you successful

• Prior experience in international accounting standards is an advantage
• Experience in Accounting routines, report preparation, reconciliation of accounts
• Experience working with LATAM markets is a diferential
• SAP knowledge is a differential
• Advanced English is required
• Intermediate/Advanced knowledge in Microsoft tools: Excel, Word, Power Point, PowerBI, Teams, Sharepoint
• Graduated (or ongoing) in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related areas.
