Nestlé Paraguay is the unit in charge of importing and distributing of all our 1# brands and they have been in the market for 23 years.

On the other hand, we are Nestlé Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We’ve been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

Position Summary

NBS Latam is a dynamic and challenging place to work at. As an Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting LATAM markets in order to fulfill their needs regarding the daily basis of Account Payable activities, looking forward to solve any issues and identify opportunities for improvement, contributing to achive main indicators to the team (SLA, NPS)

A day in the life of...

-Account payable analysis, Internal Reports. Trend Analysis, monitor errors and take action.

-Follow MOR actions

-Process tickets rise from the market

-Lead project between NBS and Market to guarantee payments on time.

-Participating in Automation and Global Projects

-Performance Accelerate Initiatives

- Be the principal point of contact between markets and NBS.

What will make you successful

- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related areas.

- 2 years experience in accounts payable processes.

- Intermediate English

- Intermediate knowledge on Excel
