R2R – Record to Report / Accounts Receivable Analyst

Available Shift: Monday to Friday 6:00 Hs. a 16:00 Hs.

Position Summary

Responsible of appllications of payments received by Nespresso from clients ,daily bank reconciliation together with our Accounting Operations Team and managing manual requests sent by Nespresso Operational Team.

A day in the life of...

- Ensure correct and on time application of clients' payments to open invoices.

- Analyze open balances and overdue items to support collection process and avoiding bad debts.

- Prepare reconciliations with customers.

- Perform checks and controls according to Standards.

- Perform activities during PEC (Period End Closing) related to reporting.

- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of processes performed according to defined SLAs, root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem solving.

- Run improvement projects in order to enhance processes changes.

What will make you successful

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, business administration, economy or related areas  (completed or ongoing)

-Intermediate or Advanced English

-Experience in Accounts Receivable practices and activities

- Good level of MS Excel
