On the other hand, we are Integrated Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We’ve been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

Position summary

As a BOA Analyst you will be in charge of performing daily e-commerce activities to our markets, such as:

*Ensure online customer registration.
*Process orders and account updates in a timely manner before the cut-off time to secure smooth and timely delivery of the orders.
*Identify and prevent fraud through internet channel.
*Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of services delivered to the Markets in accordance with Service Level Agreements as agreed and signed with the Market and Nespresso HQ.

A day in the life of...

What will make you successful

• Intermediate English
• Solid knowledge of MS office, particulary Excel
• Good writing and communication skills
• Good problem solving skills
• Excellent customer relationship, communication and service orientation skills
• Hability to working in a cross-functional and cross-cultural environment
• Graduated (or ongoing) in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations
