On the other hand, we are Nestlé Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We’ve been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

Position Summary
Community manager oversees and enhances our online communities for pregnant women, This roles involves engaging with our audience, fostering meaningful interactions and providing valuable resources to support their pregnancy journey.
The idea candidate will have experience in community management, a strong understanding of pregnancy-related issues and genuine commitment to supporting expecting mothers.
A day in the life of...
- Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain a strong online and offline community of pregnant women
- Facilitate discussions, answer questions, and provide support within the community
- Monitor community interactions and feedback to identify trends, issues and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with the content team to develop educational and engaging materials for the community
- Moderate community platforms to ensure safe, respectful and inclusive environment
- Identify, flag and remove inappropriate content promptly, ensuring adherence to community guidelines
- Monitor community platforms for inappropriate content and address any issues promptly
- Provide timely support and guidance to community members, addressing their concerns and queries
- Track and analyse community engagement metrics to assess strategies effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Prepare regular reports on community growth, engagement and feedback for management.
What will make you successful
- Graduated in Marketing, Communication, Administration, Nutrition or related areas
- Advanced English
- Proven Experience in Community management, preferably within the maternity of health sector
- Strong understanding of pregnancy-related topics and challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in social media platforms and community management tools
- Experience with public speaking and presentations
- Experience in moderating online communities and managing conflict resolution
- Ability to handle sensitive topics with empathy and discretion
- Strong organizational skills and attention
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content
- Experience in hosting or creating podcasts would be an advantage
