Integrated Marketing Services / Contact Center Associate

Available Shift: Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 20:00

Nestlé Paraguay is the unit in charge of importing and distributing of all our 1# brands and they have been in the market for 23 years.

On the other hand, we are Nestlé Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We’ve been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

Position Summary

Responsible of applying operational knowledge across all service channels to provide the right answers and resolve cases/issues of the consumer within the expected timeframe.

 

 

A day in the life of...

 - Provide a high level of service for Nestlé consumer inquiries/complaints/requests on all channels.
- Provide complete resolution to all level 1 query and requests within the expected timeframe in alignment with the policies established by the market..
- Correctly escalate cases that merit second-level management (Analyst, Sr. Analyst or Specialist).
- Actively participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of processes across all markets in scope.
 - Communicate and network at all times to ensure smooth flow of operations
 - Ensure quality service and consumer satisfaction according to needs and in all service channels (chat, e-mail, social networks, telephone)
 - Active feedback for case tracking 

 

What will make you successful
 - Experience in Consumer Engagement Services
 - Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize urgent tasks. 
 - Communication and negotiation skills

- Sense of urgency    
- Contact center routines and procedures
- English Intermed Level (non-exclusive)
- Excel Intermed level
- Graduated (or ongoing) in Nutrition (exclusive)
