Available Shift: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00.

Advanced english is mandatory for this position.

On the other hand, we are Nestlé Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We’ve been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

Position summary

Support the Content Services to establish internal processes, to ensure the correct reception and delivery of projects. Responsible for the flawless execution of production calendar and requests.

A day in the life of...

This person will be responsible for reviewing and validate briefings shared by Business and when required seek for production information;
Ensure timely execution of the Creative Operations, and in any problem, act accordingly; Perform quality control checks against brief and related Guidelines to produce error-free work; Respond to possible adjustment request and ensure proper execution.

What will make you successful

Advanced English - Proficiency in English is required (spoken and written)
University Degree ongoing/completed in marketing, graphic design, advertising, etc.
Service oriented, Action oriented, Flexibility and adaptability
Ability to manage stress and dynamic environmental changes
Good eye in aesthetic design, Creative mindset
2-3 years of coordination of Content Production Activities, Proven graphic design capabilities.
Good planning ability and relation to quality deliverables.
Good understanding of design terminology and technical requirements, compatility, knowledge of print production & execution.
Good understanding of the Production Process.
Ability to deliver against established objectives and deadlines.
Manage work with Priorities.
Ability to handle surges in volumes and capacity to address it.
