On the other hand, we are Nestlé Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We’ve been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

Position Summary
The Crisis & Issues Monitoring is a 24/7 Social Media Service that provides social listening capabilities: Monitoring of mentions across digital channel; Alerts y Reports to follow up any crisis or potential issue.
Shift: Sunday to Thursday: 13h30 a 23:30
A day in the life of...
• Monitor about crisis or potential issues through social media listening;
• Sending of Alerts;
• Development of reports: Ability to write analysis in Portuguese;
• Help manage and update team's workplan of daily activities and deliverables;
• Accompany junior team members in their operational tasks with supervision of the People Manager;
• Learn and constantly upskill in the use of the social listening tools provided by the company;
• Ensure the execution of operational activities assigned according to the service level agreements (SLA’s) and performance indicators (KPI's).
What will make you successful...
• Working experience in Digital Marketing.
• Social Media reporting skills (data visualizations, data storytelling, elaboration of insights, etc).
• Understanding of Social Media Channels and its key metrics (Facebook, X , Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Social Media reporting skills (data visualization, data storytelling, analysis, etc.)
• Knowledge of Social Listening Tools is a plus;
• Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel and Word;
• Basic or Intermediate knowledge of English is a plus;
• Strong sense of urgency and responsibility, proactive attitude and ability to work in a team in a mostly virtual environment;
• Advance Portuguese;
•Ability to communicate ideas clearly (both verbal and written) in Spanish and Portuguese with analytical and data-driven mindset;
