We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

Position summary
Responsible for managing the facilities services of our offices, ensuring compliance with regulations, local laws, and the client's internal policies. The role includes maintaining non-productive areas, managing contracts, overseeing the Facilities and Security budget, and ensuring SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) compliance. Additionally, it involves managing operational security by controlling access systems and monitoring security infrastructure. A key aspect of this role is to drive visible improvements in customer service standards and relationship management at all levels with clients and service providers. 

A day in the life of...
The Facilities Management Specialist focuses on ensuring compliance with service standards and contracts in facilities management, overseeing the budget and monitoring expenses. Daily inspections are conducted to ensure hygiene and functionality of spaces, while coordinating maintenance and managing suppliers. Additionally, it involves supervising health, safety, and environmental aspects, as well as operational security by controlling access systems and monitoring security infrastructure.

• Experience in Facilities Management with experience in an outsourced environment.
• Experience in third-party management.
• Competence in team direction and leadership.
• Knowledge of basic business and accounting practices.
• Graduated (or ongoing) in Engineering, Architecture, or Management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of forecasting, preparing, and managing budgets.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Able to perform financial/business analysis, including reporting.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Experience with work order management systems.
