Available Shift: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00.

Nestlé Paraguay is the unit in charge of importing and distributing of all our 1# brands and they have been in the market for 23 years.

On the other hand, we are Nestlé Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We’ve been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

Position summary
This position will be essential to support the execution of processes that are in line with the Human Resources strategy of NBS Latam and for the HRBPs of Asunción and Ribeirao Preto.

You will also have a role in managing internal communications and providing support to the Development area.

In a very holistic way, this position will have transversal contact in the different areas of Human Resources.

 

A day in the life of...

The main responsibilities of this position consist of supporting processes for HRBPs, analysis and monitoring of confidential Human Resources information and supporting the Development area to provide continuity to the Language program.

You will be able to work very closely with the continuous improvement area to seek to improve our internal processes and continue improving the employee experience.


What will make you successful

-This position must have a minimum of 2 years experience in Human Resources processes to explore possible improvements within the area and efficiently support the activities of HRBPs.

-Use of Microsoft Office at an intermediate/advanced level

-English intermediate/advanced

-Power BI management (non-exclusive, desirable)

-Continuous improvement mindset

-Focus on the employee experience and;

-Desire to work in the No. 1 company certified by GPTW, in Paraguay
