HR Business Services - Hire | HR Analyst - Data Entry

Available Shift: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00.

Nestlé Paraguay is the unit in charge of importing and distributing of all our 1# brands and they have been in the market for 23 years.

On the other hand, we are Integrated Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We’ve been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

Position summary

HR Analyst is capable of executing and managing the HR Administration processes according to the times and procedures linked to the LATAM markets ensuring always a good quality service. In addition, must manage the needs of the market based on the requirements of the process.

Functions:
- Performs data quality activities to ensure the quality of the data;
- Executing and managing theHR Admin requirements;
- Be able to propose ways to solve basic issues in the hiring process;
- Manages and assists with the identification and analysis of ideas for continuous improvement initiatives based on the needs of the team;
- Constantly challenges and seeks new ways to execute processes optimizing handling and quality

A day in the life of...

• As HR Analyst you will process clients requirements and validate the information within the system ensuring the first time right. You must overlook for the excellence in our processes to avoid legal or internal issues. You will be a reference in daily processes and basic technical knowledge to other members of the team. You will answer queries of other junior team members, attend to markets queries or requirements and lead basic projects focused on optimizing the processes. 

What will make you successful

• Knowledge of MS Excel (intermediate-advanced)
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Project management basic knowledge (not exclusive)
• Experience in  HRoperational processes (like payroll or time management)
• Excellent customer relationship, communication and service orientation skills
• Hability to working in a cross-functional environment and with Latam Markets
• Graduated (or ongoing) in Business Administration, Economy, Comercial Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or related areas
