The Sr. Analyst manages Inpat/Expat records in AssignmentPro for 47 global markets and prepares accurate compensation packages by calculating mobility allowances and applying local criteria. They oversee Global Assignment Actions in SAP/SF, manage Global Talent Data, and generate reports. Additionally, the analyst reviews compensation packages, executes data maintenance, and identifies opportunities for process improvement and documentation.

- Managing the creation and updating of Inpat/Expat records in AssignmentPro globally (47 markets)
- Preparing compensation packages (cost estimate, compensation comparison, compensation statement and benefits statement) globally, calculate mobility allowances and apply local eligibilities and specificities (i.e. tax, social security, etc.) to ensure accuracy of packages
- Managing the E2E Global Assignment Actions in SAP/SF covering all markets
- Managing of Global Talent Data
- Generation of reports
- Global Compensation Management and Package Review activities
- Execution of back end data maintenance and identified global mobility activities
- Support continuous excellence and internal control related activities are properly executed
- Identify opportunities and support with the documentation of processes
¿Qué te hará exitoso?
-Advanced English is mandatory
-Experience in Global Mobility
-Experience in handling operative HR processes in an international context with strong focus on Hire to Retire, Global Mobility and Global Compensation Management
-Experience in working with shared services organization to deliver high quality end to end HR services
-Management of Complex projects and stakeholders as well as significant change management
-Strong Analysis and Problem Solving Skills
-Attention to detail - to ensure compliance with local and International regulations
-Good knowledge about each country processes and practices (i.e. allowances/benefits, tax, social security, compensation, etc.)
-University Degree Level of Education or equivalent
