Available Shift: Monday to Friday from 08:00hs to 18:00hs

In Paraguay we are two Nestlé units:

Nestlé Paraguay is the unit in charge of importing and distributing of all our 1# brands and they have been in the market for 23 years.

On the other hand, we are Nestlé Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We’ve been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

Summary Position

- Design and Assign Bonus Plans
- Conduct Annual Executive Salary Review
- Maintain and refresh Benefits dashboard

 

A day in the life of…
- Support the execution of the annual compensation processes of the markets (Annual Salary Review, Reference Salary Review, Short-Term Bonus Calculation & Payout) in the system and ensure that global standards and agreed timelines

- Initiates process improvements to increase efficiency in the workplace

- Handle the operation process of Bonus, Salary review, Long-term Incentives, Total rewards Statement and reporting

 

What will make you successful

  • Advanced English
  • Advanced Excel
  • Desirable SAP knowledge
  • Prior experience in Continuous Improvement Initiatives and Project Management.
  • Experience in HR Processes and Payroll.
  • Excellent customer relationship, communication and service orientation skills.
  • Graduated (or ongoing) in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Industrial Engineer, HR, PMO or related areas
