Nestlé Paraguay is the unit in charge of importing and distributing of all our 1# brands and they have been in the market for 23 years.

On the other hand, we are Integrated Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We’ve been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

Position summary

HRBS Associate is able to apply operational knowledge in the Time Management area, to provide a good quality service at the expected deadline ensuring the first time right. Also, it's able to identify, prioritize and develop initiatives based to improve daily tasks and processes. 

Functions:
- Perform data entry activities in the system with quality and in compliance with deadines ;
- Be able to propose ways to solve basic issues in the Time Management process;
- Be able to propose new ways to perform activities;
- UKG management (UKG knowledge is a differential)
- SAP inputs (SAP knowledge is a differential).

A day in the life of...

As HRBS Associate you will process clients requirements and validate information, input data on our systems and ensure the first time right. You will be a reference in daily processes and basic technical knowledge to other members of the team. You will refer queries to Sr. team members, attend to team members basic queries and be part of basic projects focused on optimizing the processes.

What will make you successful

• Basic-Intermediate English
• Basic-Intermediate Excel
• Desirable experience in Continuous improvement initiatives and project management.
• Desirable experience in operational processes (preferably related to human resources)
• Excellent customer relationship, communication and service orientation skills.
• Graduated (or ongoing) in Comercial Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Economy Business Administration, or related areas
