Nestlé Paraguay is the unit in charge of importing and distributing of all our 1# brands and they have been in the market for 23 years.

On the other hand, we are Integrated Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We’ve been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

Position Summary

HR Associate is able to apply operational knowledge in the HR area, to provide a good quality service at the expected deadline ensuring the first time right. Also, it's able to identify, prioritize  initiatives based on each LATAM Markets requirements. 
Functions:
- Being a knowledge reference in Hire Team; - Be able to analyse and perform basic analysis, as well propose ways to solve isseus in the hiring process;
- Standardization of flows and processes;
- Skill to prepare and perform presentations to Nestlé Partners in Latam Markets (customer service knowledge); 
- SAP inputs (SAP knowledge is a differential).

A day in the life of...

As HR Associate you will process clients requirements and validate information, input data on our systems and ensure the first time right. You will be a reference in processes and technical knowledge to other members of the team. You will attend to clients basic queries and consultations and lead basic projects focused on optimizing the processes.

What will make you successful
Graduate (or ongoing) in Business Administration; Industrial Engineer; Human Resources or related areas. Intermediate knowledge in Excel
Continuous improvements mindset
English Intermediate
Knowledge in Power Plataform (BI, App, Flow) - not exclusive
Knowledge in SAP
Customer Service and proactivity
