HR Business Services - Employee Life Cycle | HR  Sr Associate

Nestlé Paraguay is the unit in charge of importing and distributing of all our 1# brands and they have been in the market for 23 years.

On the other hand, we are Integrated Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We’ve been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

Position summary

Acting as a technical and operational reference in managing the employee lifecycle for LATAM, through impeccable management of employee lifecycle transactions (updating master data, movements, generation of documentation, governmental legal processes, and maintenance of positions), representing in operational meetings with the market, contributing to continuous improvement.

 

A day in the life of...

  • Master Data Management: Updates within SAP and SuccessFactors for changes in address, bank accounts, emergency contacts, marital status, shift changes, salaries, and other market-specific configurations.
  • Internal Mobility: End-to-end processing of transfers, including promotions, lateral moves, and intercompany changes for LATAM markets.
  • Legal Documentation: Generation of legal addendums (due to changes in salary, working hours, or benefits) ready for signature, and issuance of employment certificates following official formats for each LATAM market.
  • Quality Assurance: Validation of executed activities in accordance with Operating Guidelines, ensuring all criteria and agreements are met from start to finish.
  • Updating Manuals (Operating Guidelines): Maintenance of process guides in response to changes in local laws or internal policies.
  • Case Resolution: Closing tickets with clear responses on platforms such as ServiceNow, BTP Form, or Request Manager, providing notification of completion through the same channel.
  • Operational Excellence & Compliance: Delivering results within the agreed SLA with the market, guaranteeing quality in every completed activity.
  • Operational Meetings: Leading or conducting operational meetings (DOR - Daily Operational Reviews).
  • Organizational Management (OM): End-to-end processing of position maintenance.
  • Operational Mentoring: Technical guidance for Associates in resolving atypical cases or escalations.
  • Government Platform Management: Execution and validation of procedures within official social security, tax, or labor ministry portals across LATAM countries.
  • WOR Participation: Participation in weekly operational meetings (Weekly Operational Reviews) for assigned markets to align volumes and discuss reported action items and opportunities.

 

What will make you successful

  • Intermediate Excel
  • Basic / Intermediate English
  • Basic knowledge of HR ERP systems
  • Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of other Office suites (Outlook, Word):
  • Public Portal Navigation: Knowledge and use of government platforms for legal processes across LATAM governments.
  • Graduated (or ongoing) in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Industrial Engineer, HR, PMO or related areas
