Position Summary

The HR Coordinator will be responsible for data management across multiple platforms focusing on the best experience, data quality, security, compliance, management and maintenance to ensure data reliability to support business decisions and the best experience of employees, retirees and contingent workers.

 

A day in the life of...

  • Provide vision, structure / organization, practices, initiatives and projects to leverage the level of services and cost reduction.                                                                    
  • Lead and ensure the quality of services delivered to markets is in accordance with Service Level Agreements as agreed and signed with the markets.                                                     
  • Manage different level of stakeholders to understand market needs and translate it into potential solutions-new services.                                                     
  • Represent the NBS LATAM acting as HRBS Coordinator interacting directly with the IBS Global solution lead on projects defined.                                                          
  • Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies.                                                   
  • Manage, lead and develop people for further positions inside NBS or for other Nestlé positions.                                
  • Act as an ambassador of Employee Experience bringing insights to the business through internal and external benchmark.                                                                
  • Identify and manage potential opportunities on expansion of services - E2E process improvement in LATAM markets.                                                            
  • Ensure Budget achievement - Productivity and Cost Targets.                                                               

 

What will make you successful

 

  • 03 years’ experience leading leaders and complex teams.
  • Project management and agile tools experience.
  • Familiarity with database systems and software used for data storage and retrieval (SAP and SuccessFactors)
  • Experience in working in a cross-functional and networked organization (internal and external providers).
  • Understanding HR processes, policies, and best practices is crucial for managing people-related data effectively.
  • Experience in data collection, organization, and maintenance, including data quality and security practices.
  • Knowledge of data protection regulations, ensuring compliance in handling sensitive employee data.
  • Experience in managing change initiatives including technology adoption, desirable related to HR and people processes.
